Working closely with RéD, Industrialization, Quality,



Production and Supply Chain, you ensure supplier readiness, cost competitiveness, component availability and technology alignment to support business growth, new product introductions and the company’s evolving electronics-driven portfolio. /p pYou will report to Sourcing Manager. /p pYou will: /p ul liDefine and support the implementation of sourcing strategies for the Electronics commodity. /li liDevelop and manage suppliers for electronic components, PCB assemblies, EMS providers, power electronics, sensors, connectivity solutions and related technologies. /li liDrive supplier development initiatives focused on quality, capacity, manufacturing robustness, delivery performance and continuous improvement. /li liSupport new product introductions by ensuring supplier readiness, component availability and industrial feasibility. /li liCollaborate closely with RéD Hardware, Industrialization and Quality teams to evaluate technical solutions and supplier capabilities. /li liIdentify and implement cost reduction opportunities through should-cost analysis, value engineering and supplier collaboration. /li liSupport lifecycle management activities, including EOL monitoring, alternative sourcing strategies and continuity planning. /li liLead supplier performance reviews and development plans for strategic electronics suppliers. /li liIdentify emerging technologies, suppliers and market trends relevant to future product roadmaps. /li liAnalyze sourcing and supply chain data independently and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and risk mitigation.
