You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance. /ppThe work model for the role is: #LI-onsite /ph3You will be mainly accountable for: /h3ulliEscalating to relevant stakeholders, as necessary, to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives at local level and helping facilitate cases of conflicting priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams. /liliEnsuring the continuous improvement approach and strategy deployed at local ABB unit level is aligned with the global strategy. /liliFacilitating significant improvements with respect to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and/or cost targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments in collaboration with local leadership. /liliProviding training support by developing and maintaining training modules and toolkits aligned with business needs in collaboration with management at local level. /li /ulh3Qualifications for the role /h3ulliYou have solid experience applying Continuous Improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and 5 Why/Ishikawa in manufacturing or industrial environments. /liliYou bring at least 4 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence roles.
