Overview

In this role you will act as a technical partner to customers and the regional Sales team across EMEA, helping identify technologies, solve application challenges, and support product design-ins from concept to production. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D;, Quality and engineering teams to develop customer solutions and share insights. The position offers meaningful impact by enabling system-level Littelfuse solutions and supporting growth in energy and infrastructure markets. The opportunity combines hands-on engineering, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration in a global company.

Responsabilità

- Develop understanding of Littelfuse portfolio to identify system-level solutions across multiple product families
- Provide technical support through the application development and design-in process
- Analyze customer requirements and propose technical solutions with internal specialists
- Troubleshoot issues and support lab testing, validation, and investigation
- Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and back design wins in strategic projects
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and product training for customers and partners




- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D;, and Quality to communicate needs and influence development
- Monitor opportunities and share application knowledge across the EMEA region
- Travel ~50–60% across EMEA to support projects and training

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field
- 5–7 years in Field/Application/Design engineering or similar technical role
- Strong capability to translate application challenges into system-level solutions using Littelfuse technologies
- Experience with power semiconductors is a strong plus; related areas considered
- Ability to understand system architecture, specifications, and customer requirements
- Willingness to learn a broad range of technologies
- Strong problem-solving and practical troubleshooting/validation skills
- Excellent communication for both engineering and commercial audiences
- Customer-oriented mindset and capability to work with Sales; comfortable in a customer-facing role
- Fluent English; German and/or Italian is a plus
- Willingness to travel approximately 50–60% across EMEA
