Overview

In this role you support Coesia’s growth and transformation from the CEO Office, coordinating strategic initiatives across Group, Divisions, and Companies. You work with business leaders to define transformation objectives, track milestones and KPIs, and ensure alignment through clear communications. You’ll develop tools and presentations for senior leadership, enabling informed decisions and cross‑functional progress. This position offers broad exposure to the organization and a hands‑on role in shaping strategic direction in a dynamic, international setting. You’ll join a high‑impact team focused on driving sustainable change and enterprise-wide value.

Responsabilità

- Support leaders in defining and structuring transformation initiatives at Group, Division, and Company level
- Monitor execution of strategic plans by tracking milestones and KPIs and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with initiative owners to develop tools, content, and materials for alignment and progress tracking




- Facilitate communication and information flow across Coesia organizations as a coordination point for initiatives
- Identify synergies and cross‑business opportunities to amplify transformation impact
- Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors
- Contribute to cross‑functional transformation projects with structured analytical support

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Economics (or related field)
- 4–6 years of experience in top‑tier consulting or corporate strategy; international environment preferred
- Strong financial acumen with analytical and project management abilities
- Ability to navigate complexity with proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
- Excellent communication to synthesize and present complex information
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
