Overview

As Director in Kroll's Valuation Advisory Services in Milan, you lead complex valuation engagements for diverse corporate clients, supporting strategic decisions with rigorous analysis. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, mentor junior staff, and cultivate strong client relationships. You will shape deliverables and proposals, driving value through deep industry and financial insight. This role offers the chance to influence multi-sector valuations and participate in growth initiatives within a global advisory leader.

Responsabilità

- Lead and deliver multiple complex valuation engagements for public and private clients
- Understand clients' business models, strategies, and industry challenges to provide value-added solutions
- Coordinate engagement work and guide team members toward high-quality deliverables
- Supervise and mentor junior colleagues in analyses, reports, and presentations
- Prepare and present clear, well-argued engagement deliverables




- Build and maintain client relationships as a key contact for current and prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and publications

Requisiti fondamentali

- 10–15 years’ experience in Big 4, investment banking, or equivalent with a focus on valuation, due diligence, or restructuring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or engineering
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with strong teamwork and personal commitment
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams and communities
