The role drives best financial practices, manages SOX compliance, and coordinates audits. The position also plays a key role in participating in the month-end closing process. /p pThis is a remote position with regular visits to the Ghent office few times a year. /p h3In this role, a typical day will look like: /h3 ulliServe as the super user for AuditBoard, overseeing audit and compliance software usage. /liliDefine, assure,



and execute the global SOX program across Esko. /liliLead the definition and optimization of Internal Controls and ensure US-GAAP compliance, including Veralto and Esko policies (CAPEX, Revenue Recognition, Leasing, etc.). /liliAct as a subject matter expert in accounting and finance policies, especially revenue recognition and lease accounting. /liliDrive the implementation of best-in-class financial processes and internal controls across Esko’s global operations. /liliCoordinate enterprise-wide risk initiatives (e.g., Anti-Corruption Program, ERM) and manage the annual Balance Sheet review for all Esko entities in collaboration with Veralto teams and auditors. /li /ul h3The essential requirements of the job include: /h3 ulliMaster’s degree in economics, finance, or equivalent. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in internal/external audit or controlling in an international setting; Big Four experience is a plus. /liliHands‑on SOX experience, particularly with sections 404 and 302. /liliFluent in English (oral and written); proficiency in other languages is a plus. Comfortable with global travel (up to 10%). /liliIT‑savvy, with a knack for optimizing financial processes; proficient in Advanced Excel and other reporting tools, with strong analytical skills.
