Overview

In this role you will support the preparation and submission of public tenders, commercial offers, and related documentation with a focus on accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to drive opportunities and contribute to operational excellence. You will analyze tender requirements, ensure complete documentation, and maintain clear records. This position offers the chance to specialise in public tenders and commercial processes within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You will be part of a dynamic team where accuracy and timely execution directly impact business performance.

Responsabilità

- Prepare and manage tender documentation, commercial offers, requests, and other customer-related submissions.
- Analyze tender specifications to support compliant submissions.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Managers to assess products, pricing, and terms.
- Liaise with customers for tender or offer clarifications.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of tender documentation before submission.
- Communicate awarded tenders,



pricing updates, and contractual information to stakeholders.
- Monitor pricing related to tenders, contracts, and private offers.
- Support internal teams with tender process and contractual inquiries.
- Maintain organized records and archives per company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve tender management processes.

Requisiti fondamentali

- High School Diploma or University Degree.
- At least 2 years of tender management, commercial administration, customer support, or similar experience.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
