Overview

In this role you support Oliver Wyman and Marsh Management Consulting across EMEA, focusing on Italy, providing corporate and commercial legal guidance. You will shape contracting, compliance and risk mitigation with a global in-house team and external advisers. The position offers varied, impactful work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to interact with senior leaders. You will help manage liability exposure and ensure sound legal decisions across cross-border engagements.

Responsabilità

- Provide corporate and commercial legal advice to Oliver Wyman businesses across EMEA
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents such as engagement letters and client-form agreements
- Advise consultants and corporate functions on contractual implications of commercial decisions




- Identify liability exposure and propose risk mitigation solutions
- Coordinate specialist legal review with internal and external advisers
- Assist with compliance and risk mitigation processes

Requisiti fondamentali

- Qualified lawyer under Italian law with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Degree in Law (Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza) with an excellent academic track record
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong communication and drafting skills with ability to interface with senior management
- Sound judgment and commercial awareness
