Overview

You shape the growth of the Aperol portfolio in Italy, turning consumer insights into actionable plans and investment choices. You’ll lead priority projects from idea to impact and work with cross-functional teams to recruit new consumers and create occasions for Aperol. This role offers visibility within Campari Group and a chance to influence one of its flagship brands. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and market insight to drive growth.

Responsabilità

- Own the growth plan for the Aperol portfolio and identify new consumers and occasions
- Translate strategy into focused product plans and priorities; track performance and adjust investments
- Lead high-priority projects end-to-end (idea, execution, post-evaluation); set ambition, budget, timeline, and success measures; manage agency relationships
- Stay close to consumers, culture, category, and competitors; use data to identify opportunities and make decisions




- Collaborate with Sales, Channel & Customer Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital, PR and Global teams; align priorities and responsibilities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Min 3-4 years in brand management, marketing, innovation, or related consumer-facing role
- Experience in FMCG/beverages with interest in bar, restaurant & event culture
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects; budget management and investment decisions
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to translate data into action
- Collaborative and influential working style; confident with agencies and external partners
- Clear communication and presentation skills; curiosity and ownership
- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related discipline
- Fluent Italian and English
