Overview

In this role, you will lead Sephora’s communication strategy across social, content, PR, and events to reinforce brand positioning and business priorities. You will shape high-impact content and editorial plans, coordinating with media and agencies to balance organic and paid visibility. You’ll drive influential partnerships and orchestrate communications around launches and activations, ensuring consistency across channels. You will build and guide a multi-disciplinary team to deliver cohesive narratives that amplify Sephora’s mission of belonging and inclusivity.

Responsabilità

- Define and lead content and social media strategy across touchpoints, aligning with brand and business goals
- Oversee content creation, curation, and adaptation for local and international assets
- Plan editorial calendars and social media productions,



including special projects
- Coordinate paid media with Media teams and agencies to amplify key initiatives
- Lead PR, influencer, and events activities, selecting partners and formats to meet objectives
- Ensure consistent brand narratives across media, social, e-commerce, and CRM channels
- Manage communication budget and optimize investments
- Provide leadership for selected consumer-facing events and retail moments
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Merchandising and other functions to maximize impact

Requisiti fondamentali

- 7+ years in a similar role
- Strong understanding of communication strategies, branding, social media, PR, and media investments
- Proven success in developing and executing large-scale communication projects
- Strong leadership skills to manage and empower a team
