Overview

In this role you will own the CS&L; Shipping P&L; for a cluster of NWE countries, driving cost targets and productivity. You will partner with local operations and the Centre of Excellence to deliver auditable finances and timely forecasts. You’ll analyse Actuals, manage balance sheet variances, and oversee budgets/forecasts during budgeting cycles, while leading ad hoc projects. You will simplify complex data, maintain controls, and coach external finance support to enable cross-functional impact.

Responsabilità

- Own CS&L; Shipping P&L; for a cluster of NWE countries, covering Inbound, Outbound, Warehousing, Copacking and Waste
- Ensure cost targets are met and contribute to the productivity agenda
- Analyze Actual P&L; results, balance sheet variances, manage rolling forecast, and prepare budgets/forecasts in major cycles
- Track and report gross productivity savings and complete ad hoc cluster projects
- Demonstrate finance acumen,



data consistency and transparency
- Engage with local operational teams to provide finance support through analysis, reporting and challenge
- Protect assets by complying with accounting principles, policies and internal controls
- Summarize detailed analysis into clear takeaways and work autonomously
- Coach third-party finance support

Requisiti fondamentali

- Prior FMCG experience
- 7 years FP&A;/accounting experience
- Prior Finance Supply Chain experience preferred
- Strong analytical background
- Fluent spoken/written English
- Prior exposure with Shared Service Centre would be an asset
- Strong communication skills
