Overview

As an Industrial BD & Integration Specialist, you will assess external growth opportunities (M&A; and licensing) from a Technical Operations perspective, shaping decisions with cross-functional input. You will evaluate targets on manufacturing feasibility, COGS, supply chain resilience, quality history, and technology transfer needs, translating technical insights into business actions. The role supports due diligence, deal documentation, and the initial integration of acquired or licensed assets, ensuring a smooth transition into our operations. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, MSAT, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to drive timely, data-driven evaluations and risk mitig

Responsabilità

- Support analysis and consolidation of industrial and technical data for BD initiatives (M&A; and licensing)
- Contribute to preliminary industrial assessments of targets (manufacturing feasibility, COGS, supply chain, quality, technology requirements)
- Coordinate cross-functional Industrial Operations during due diligence and post-deal integration
- Assist in due diligence reports, translating technical findings into business-relevant conclusions
- Identify and mitigate technical, quality, and supply chain risks with management
- Draft and coordinate transaction-related documents (License Agreements, Commercial Supply Agreements)



and support negotiation
- Assess feasibility and risks of timelines, costs, capacity, and operational commitments in deal terms
- Support initial integration and monitor milestones to ensure smooth asset transition

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or consultancy
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, MSAT, Engineering, or Quality
- Exposure to consulting, transaction advisory, due diligence, or private equity is a plus
- Foundational GMP knowledge and understanding of pharma manufacturing, tech transfer, and supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data structuring and interpretation skills
- Ability to assess manufacturing, supply chain, quality, timelines, capacity, and cost considerations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to present information clearly in writing and verbally
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities in fast-paced projects
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
