Overview

In this role you maintain direct contact with customers before and after sales to foster strong relationships and support revenue through CRM. You collaborate with multiple departments to meet service and maintenance sales goals and assist in capturing accurate equipment issue data for reports. You may contribute in pre-sale, post-sale, or both, shaping a positive customer experience and supporting the sales team.
