In this role you drive brand engagement and sales within your department, leading a team to meet quantitative and qualitative targets. You collaborate with the Store Director and HQ to implement action plans and provide timely feedback. You cultivate a positive, high-performing work environment that motivates staff and reinforces the brand culture. You build relationships with top clients and VIPs to foster loyalty while ensuring store standards and processes support compliance and efficiency. Responsabilità

- Promote brand engagement to customers and drive department targets
- Lead, coach, and develop the department staff
- Implement action plans with HQ and Store Director and ensure follow-up at store level
- Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to leadership




- Create a positive, motivating workplace culture and maintain staff development
- Promote the brand culture internally and externally and build a luxury client network (Top Clients and VIPs)
- Ensure store atmosphere aligns with brand image and uphold luxury standards
- Manage processes to ensure legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock compliance; seek efficiency improvements

Requisiti fondamentali

- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
