Ensure compliant, reliable and cost-effective operations while supporting growth, operational excellence, audit readiness, and people development. A balanced combination between mastering capital management, and manufacturing operations reliability transformations is a key requirement. /p h3Key responsibilities for this role include: /h3 ul liLead engineering, facilities, utilities and capital project activities across all sterile manufacturing locations. /li liTop 1 prioritity will be Quality and Safety assurance across all the engineering related activities, for internal and for external collaborators /li liDrive Lean/Operational Excellence and Digital transformation agenda across the engineering function with a clear goal to optimize performance of our assets (e.g.: OEE) and optimize expenses /li liEnsure compliance with GMP, statutory, regulatory, safety and environmental requirements. /li liDrive standardization of engineering practices, utilities and technical standards across sites.



/li liManage CAPEX and engineering OPEX budgets and optimize resource utilization. /li liLead capacity expansion, plant upgrades, automation and operational improvement initiatives. /li liMaintain audit readiness and support regulatory inspections. /li liPartner with Quality, Manufacturing and Projects teams to improve plant performance. /li liMentor and develop engineering teams through coaching, training and succession planning.
