Your main measure is meetings booked with the right accounts. You will set the strategy, direct the people and partners who execute it, and use data to decide where effort and budget go. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liOwn the demand generation strategy and the pipeline it produces, from messaging and positioning to channel mix /li liOversee outbound: manage our email outbound agency and guide our SDR on follow-up, messaging and lead quality /li liOwn LinkedIn outbound strategy, sequences and targeting /li liOversee performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) together with our paid media specialist: budget allocation, creative direction, testing and results /li liSet up and maintain reporting in HubSpot: attribution, funnel conversion, cost per meeting and channel performance /li liWork with Sales on qualification feedback, so messaging and targeting improve with every conversation /li liCoordinate with our SEO and social teams so organic, paid and outbound support each other and generate pipeline /li liBuild and manage partnerships that bring qualified buyers and strengthen our positioning /li liTest new channels and offers, and stop what doesn't work /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 h3Must-have /h3 ul li3-5 years in growth,
