Responsibilities:
Define and oversee programme processes ensuring that they meet required standards. Establish a governance framework that supports processes definition, execution, and implementation. Define and administer the programme governance model, its maturation and effectiveness. Accountabilities include (but are not limited to): Define and implement standardized governance processes; Provide overall governance and of the PM policy, process and procedure suite and its integration; Ensure that processes, procedures and guidelines are cle
