We are looking for an Import/Export Finance Specialist to join our Finance team. Thisis an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who wishes to developexpertise in international trade finance within a dynamic and highly regulatedenvironment.

Reporting to the Administration, Finance & Control function, you will support the financial and administrative management of import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs, tax, and accounting requirements while collaborating closely with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Treasury teams.

Key Responsibilities

- - Manage administrative andaccounting activities related to import and export transactions.
- - Process and verify supplierinvoices, including international vendors.
- - Review shipping, customs, andtrade documentation.
- - Ensure correct execution ofimport/export administrative procedures.
- - Support VAT and indirect taxcompliance for international transactions.
- - Reconcile purchase orders,shipping documents, customs declarations, and invoices.
- - Assist Treasury in managinginternational payments and related documentation.
- - Interface with freightforwarders, customs brokers, banks, and overseas suppliers.
- - Contribute to month-end closingand financial reporting activities.

Requirements

- -High School Diploma inAccounting, Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, or equivalent




- - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields is considered a plus.
- - Minimum 2 years of experiencein finance, accounting, administration, or import/export operations.
- - Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- - Sound knowledge of accountingprinciples and financial processes.
- - Familiarity with international trade and customs documentation.
- - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation

- Gross Annual Salary: ranging from €30,000 to 35,000 depending on experience and skills.
