OverviewIn this role you drive regional sales and strategic account development for Schaeffler’s product portfolio. You work to hit revenue and margin targets while expanding new applications and managing key customer relationships. You lead consultative selling, coordinate campaigns, and use CRM insights to inform territory planning. You contribute to long-term partnerships and business growth within a global technology company that serves automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Industrial EngineeringExperience in selling mechanical / power transmission components to OEM / MRO customersExperience in Defense fieldExperience in Chemical, Pharma field as a plusGood knowledge of EnglishProficient in common software packages and social platforms (Linkedin)Experience with CRM applicationsWillingness to travel, possibly abroadMinimum 5 years of experience as account manager, application engineer, or business developmentProven customer networkAbility to work independently and by objectivesStrong results orientationAttitude to innovationcustomer-centric mindsetstrong communicationself-motivationCRM usagetechnical-commercial sellingterritory and account planning
