OverviewAs Chief Operating Officer you will lead the company’s operational engine to deliver growth, quality, and efficiency. You will manage a ~150-strong organization across a nationwide network, ensuring seamless integration of Operations, Service, Logistics, Branches, Sales, and Customer Service. You will drive process optimization, performance management, and organizational development while partnering with ownership on growth initiatives and potential acquisitions. Your field presence and cross-functional leadership will sustain the company’s proven, customer-centric model and international expansion efforts.
