OverviewIn this role you will contribute to expanding the company’s international footprint by supporting distributors and partners across DACH and other markets. You enter a structured training period in Germany, then relocate to Italy to join an international sales hub and progressively assume ownership of markets. You will work cross-functionally to secure opportunities and drive growth within a B2B context. This is a development path toward Export Manager with a focus on long-term international sales impact.

Support distributors and business partners in commercial and after-sales activitiesDevelop and strengthen relationships with B2B customers across international marketsCoordinate customer requests and collaborate with internal departments to deliver effective solutionsIdentify new business opportunities and contribute to market development initiativesSupport the expansion of the international sales networkParticipate in customer visits, trade fairs and industry eventsAnalyze market trends and provide commercial feedback to managementTravel internationally for approximately 50% of time

Requisiti fondamentali

Fluent in German and EnglishExperience in sales, export sales, customer management or business development within a B2B environmentExperience in FMCG, medical devices, pharmaceutical, rescue equipment, technical apparel, outdoor or related sectors is a plusWillingness to travel extensively and work in international marketsWillingness to complete initial training in Germany and relocate to ItalyStrong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skillsCommercial awareness and a customer-oriented mindsetMotivation for a long-term career in international sales and export managementcommunication skillsrelationship-buildingnegotiationexport salesB2B salesmarket analysis
