OverviewIn this role you will support global compensation and benefits initiatives for a multinational chemical company. You will work with the HRIS to extract and analyze workforce data, ensuring data quality and governance across the C&B; function. You will prepare reports for the Global Head of C&B; and Executive Leadership and contribute to salary harmonization, incentive design, and the performance management process from a compensation perspective. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement global projects and ensure compliance with governance standards. This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role with meaningful impact on global pay structures and policy alignment.

Requisiti fondamentali

5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefitsstrong knowledge of HRIS systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skillsexperience handling large international datasetsFamiliarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, or Korn Ferry) is advantageousFluent Englishanalytical thinkingattention to detailstrong communicationHRIS systemsMicrosoft Exceldata analysis
