Responsabilità

Monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket, Unit Per Ticket) and omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & Collect, app downloads)Track store and team performance, define corrective actionsManage department team, develop skills and talents,



train on technical skillsResolve disputes and foster team spirit to achieve goalsProvide daily/monthly briefings on results and objectives to the team and Store ManagerEnsure customer journey quality and compliance with guidelines and policiesCoordinate in-store services (internal/external) and stockroom management aligned with replenishment cyclesOrganize and plan the Booxi platform and coordinate activities with Trade & Communication DepartmentSupport managers in daily activities and contribute to store commercial and HR strategy

Requisiti fondamentali
