OverviewIn this role you guide the Scalable Operations Division to align ops with Nadara’s strategy, driving TOM design, KPI framing, and cross-functional governance. You’ll manage multi-stakeholder initiatives across M&A;, organic growth, and Ops Initiatives, while advancing automation and AI within the TOM. You’ll produce COO-ready outputs, mentor analysts, and partner with IT&D; on credible, value-driven tech solutions. Design, develop, and continuously improve Operations-wide TOM processes and adoptionLead the Ops Initiatives process from idea submission to governance and deliveryOwn and govern SO initiatives from business case to executionDrive the automation and AI agenda within the TOM with a quantified impactQuantify and report impact against cost-to-serve KPI frameworkFacilitate senior stakeholder sessions and coordinate multi-department collaborationProvide inputs for growth projects from Organic Growth and M&AMaintain; and improve the Lessons Learned Library and governance frameworksSupport Associates and Analysts with quality control on outputsAlign TOM adoption monitoring and enforcement across Scalable Operations

Requisiti fondamentali

Deep expertise in process design and improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence)Experience designing KPI frameworks in an operations/industrial contextStrong initiative management experienceAbility to produce COO-ready analytical outputs independentlyStrong digital literacy to brief IT&D; and assess solutionsComfort with data architecture and evaluating tool design decisionsAdvanced Excel and Power BI familiarityFamiliarity with M&A; transaction processes; energy/renewables or O&M; experience is strongly preferredKnowledge of AI, automation concepts and feasibility assessmentAbility to build business cases for automation and AI initiativesCritically assess vendor AI propositions and structure proofs of valueUnderstanding of AI risk controls and EU AI Act considerations (preferred)Working user-level fluency with current AI tools (preferred)Structured problem-solvingExecutive-facing facilitationIndependent multi-stakeholder coordinationProcess design and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)KPI framework design and measurementAutomation and AI feasibility assessment
