OverviewAs Functional Training Coordinator, you shape and execute training strategy for fintech-specific competencies within Product Compliance. You design role-based curricula for domains like payments, KYC/AML, licensing, and consumer protection, coordinating internal experts and external providers. You ensure materials stay current with evolving products and regulations while measuring impact to continuously improve onboarding and capability across teams. Assess learning needs and translate regulatory and product changes into capability gaps and a training strategyDesign and own role-based curricula for fintech domains (payments, lending, KYC/AML, licensing, consumer protection)Coordinate and deliver training with internal SMEs and external providers, managing schedules, budgets,

Requisiti fondamentali

At least 2 years in learning & development, enablement, or program/project management, preferably in fintech or financial servicesWorking understanding of financial regulations and fintech landscape to translate changes into learning needsProactive, program-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate experts and vendorsAbility to take ownership and collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Finance, Compliance, FinCrime, etc.Experience with learning platforms (LMS) and measuring learning effectiveness; instructional design or compliance/risk background is a plusFluent in English; Italian is a plusproblem-solverteamworkcuriosityLMS familiarityinstructional design experiencecompliance/risk awareness
