Responsabilità

Organize and coordinate domestic and international shipmentsManage import/export and customs documentationPrepare export invoices and customs documentationLiaise with freight forwarders, carriers,



and customs brokersMonitor shipments until final deliveryCollaborate with Packaging to define shipping methods and packaging specificationsWork with Sales to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and delivery deadlinesCollaborate with Finance on administrative and fiscal aspects of shipping operationsUse SAP for shipment management, documentation, invoicing and data storageEnsure compliance with international trade regulations and company procedures

Requisiti fondamentali

At least 5 years of Import/Export experience in international freight forwarders or logistics providersKnowledge of Express, road, sea, and air freightExcellent English; additional languages a plusStrong understanding of international trade documentation and proceduresExperience with ERP systems, preferably SAPKnowledge of Incoterms and customs proceduresExperience in the automatic machinery, plant engineering, or capital equipment sectorsHighly motivatedProactiveCollaborative and team-focusedSAP ERPIncoterms knowledgeCustoms procedures
