OverviewIn this role you will develop and execute the Property & Liability risk strategy for the Italian market, reporting to the Property Team Leader. You will align with Group objectives and support Mid-Corporate targets while serving as the contact for selected agents. You drive profitability through disciplined underwriting, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration, shaping product strategy and local governance. This is a chances to impact a major corporate portfolio within a global insurer and work with cross-border teams.

Ensure underwriters comply with authority, pricing and rating guidelinesSteer the local portfolio to meet financial targetsReview end-to-end underwriting lifecycle with relevant functionsCollaborate with Sales, Risk Consulting,



Claims and other product lines for marketing and cross-sellingMaintain underwriting consistency and adherence to corporate governance and local regulationsSupport development and implementation of new or modified productsAssist acquisition and retention of business including agent/broker negotiationsCommunicate local business strategy externally

Requisiti fondamentali

Master's degree in Engineering or Economics or Law9-15 years of proven underwriting experience in profitable Property (PD/BI and Theft and Liability) for Corporate ClientsPreference for experience with Multinational clientsProven leadership skillsExpertise in risk assessment and policy administration lifecycleStrong pricing knowledge and market analysisExperience in wordings design and underwriting projects is a plusEntrepreneurial mindsetStrong communication skillsAbility to work in an international organizationFluent in English (written and spoken)Data analyticsVery good knowledge of Office 365 and collaborative toolsStrong communication skillsEntrepreneurial mindsetLeadershipRisk assessmentPricing and market analysisPolicy administration lifecycle
