OverviewAs Educational Manager, you will define and drive the regional Training & Education strategy to align with marketing and customer needs. You design scalable educational pathways that translate clinical priorities into measurable learning outcomes, advancing procedural adoption and field capability. You will lead hands-on training, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with faculty, KOLs, and training centers to ensure high-quality programs and governance. This role offers the chance to shape clinician capability across the region and directly impact adoption and engagement in Medtronic’s healthcare technology portfolio.

Requisiti fondamentali

5+ years in Training & Education, professional or clinical education, sales enablement, or capability development in MedTech or healthcareStrong understanding of surgical procedures, clinical pathways, and hospital environment; product portfolio experience is a plusProven ability to design and implement structured educational pathways and competency-based learningExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders in a matrix environmentExperience with faculty, KOLs, training centers, and hospital stakeholders with governance and compliance knowledgeStrong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with ability to translate strategy into executioncross-functional collaborationcommunicationinfluence without authoritydesign and implementation of structured educational pathwayscompetency-based learning solutionsclinical training delivery and workshops
