OverviewIn this role you will drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and automation across Arrow’s digital workplace. You’ll partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI and collaboration use cases, lead solution design, and deliver secure, scalable workplace solutions. You’ll blend hands-on engineering with enablement, governance, and continuous improvement of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online. This is a strategic, hands-on position that shapes how AI and collaboration technologies empower teams globally.

Identify and prioritize high-value AI, automation and collaboration use cases with business stakeholdersLead discovery and solution design workshops translating needs into practical technical solutionsDesign and develop proofs of concept, rapid prototypes and reference solutionsCreate reusable templates, prompt libraries, enablement materials and automation patternsDrive adoption through training, communications and change initiativesProvide hands-on engineering, administration,



troubleshooting and lifecycle management for Microsoft 365 servicesApply governance guardrails, usage guidelines and lifecycle practices for secure adoptionDevelop automation solutions using Power Platform, PowerShell and M365 integrationEnsure alignment with security, compliance, data protection and responsible AI principlesAssess data readiness and integration options to propose practical approaches

Requisiti fondamentali

5 to 7 years of professional experience in Microsoft 365, digital workplace or collaboration engineeringHands-on expertise administering Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online)Experience with Power Platform and PowerShell1 to 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or workplace AI (including prompt development, adoption support, Copilot Studio and AI agent development)Understanding of security, compliance and governance for M365 and Power PlatformSenior, independent, ownership-driven mindsetStrong consulting, workshop facilitation and technology adoption skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication for a global environmentFluent English communication skillsconsulting mindsetcommunication skillsstakeholder managementMicrosoft 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online)Power PlatformPowerShell
