OverviewIn this role you will design and roll out global retail training to support performance across markets. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent training tools, manage e‑learning programs, and measure effectiveness through KPIs. You develop frameworks for seasonal collections and induction tools, and lead workshops including Train the Trainer while managing the training budget. You contribute to a culture of growth, craftsmanship and innovation at ZEGNA by shaping how teams learn and perform.

Requisiti fondamentali
