OverviewSenior System Test Engineer needed to lead testing across Topcon’s Construction and Machine Control products. You will mentor QA and System Test engineers, drive quality and compliance in software and hardware, and ensure safe, reliable operation of complete machine control systems. The role involves collaborating with engineering and product teams, implementing testing policies, and performing bench and field validation in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This is a hands-on leadership position with a strategic impact on product quality and development speed.

Mentor and develop a team of QA and System Test EngineersBuild cross-functional relationships to deliver multiple projectsDrive quality and compliance across software development and product testingOversee QA of complete machine control systems including hardware and softwareProvide expertise on software quality and testing trends to accelerate releasesAssist in designing/testing policies and verify precision/accuracy of productsSupport software development, diagnose issues, perform bench/field testing and reportingProvide input on hardware changes and offer technical advice to staff worldwideAnalyze processes to improve quality and productivityEnsure Topcon systems are installed, tested, and ready for useCoordinate machine usage and perform other duties as required
