Lead project management commissions and end-to-end service delivery for large/complex projectsBe the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and targets achievedAdvise at project conception on approaches to achieve objectivesEstablish overall success criteria (time, cost, technical,

Requisiti fondamentali

4 to 10 years’ experience in real estate projects, ideally hospitalityProven track record delivering high-quality PM services across full project lifecycleFluent in Italian and EnglishDegree in civil engineering, architecture or similarstakeholder managementcommunicationleadershipproject governancerisk and change managementcost control and budgeting
