OverviewIn this role you will define and lead the technology strategy for a high-potential AI and digital venture platform. You will shape the architecture, roadmap and MVP-driven product development to scale innovative solutions. You will build and guide cross-functional tech teams and partner with founders and investors to create technology-led value. Define the overall technology vision, roadmap and architecture for the platform and portfolio initiativesLead the development of software products, AI-enabled solutions and digital platforms from concept to deploymentTranslate business opportunities into concrete technology roadmapsOversee MVPs, prototypes and scalable products ensuring quality, security, reliability and speedBuild and lead internal and external technology teams and partnershipsEvaluate technologies, frameworks, tools and vendors to support scalabilityEnsure governance in cybersecurity, data management, privacy,



infrastructure and development standardsSupport technical due diligence and make-or-buy decisions for new initiatives or investmentsCollaborate with founders, investment professionals and external partners to identify technology-driven value opportunitiesFoster a culture of innovation, ownership, execution and continuous improvementRepresent the technology vision to investors and stakeholders

Requisiti fondamentali

Significant experience in technology leadership roles (CTO, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering or similar)Strong background in software engineering, digital product development and scalable architectureProven experience building or scaling software products, platforms or AI-driven solutionsSolid understanding of AI, generative AI, data architecture and business applicationsExperience in high-growth, entrepreneurial or investment-backed environmentsAbility to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution in early-stage contextsStrong leadership with experience managing internal teams and external partnersExcellent ability to translate complex tech topics into business implicationsStrong problem-solving mindset and ownershipFluency in English and Italianleadershipstrategic thinkingclear communicationsoftware engineeringdigital product developmentscalable technology architecture
