OverviewIn this role, you will drive end user computing through the Microsoft 365 Endpoint & Apps platform, shaping Unified Endpoint Management strategies and secure device management. You will work within a global Digital Workplace Services team to optimize on-premises and cloud solutions, maintaining Intune-based deployments and end-user support. You’ll implement security policies, automate deployments, and train internal customers, contributing to a modern, hybrid IT environment. Implement, configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device management and securityDevelop and implement UEM strategies including software distribution,



patch management and endpoint securityManage End User Computing cloud services to support business objectivesImplement security policies and ensure data protection and complianceProvide technical support and troubleshoot with 1st and 2nd level teamsCreate, maintain and update software packages for automated deploymentAutomate repetitive tasks to improve compliance and efficiencyConduct training sessions and provide technical guidance to internal customersCreate and maintain technical documentation and best practicesDefine corporate hardware standards and lifecycle with partnersStay updated with IT trends and recommend improvements

Requisiti fondamentali
