Overview In this role you drive site-level EHS compliance and environmental performance within a global biopharma network. You work closely with the HSE leadership to ensure regulatory permits, reporting, and monitoring meet local and company standards. You identify environmental risks, lead investigations, and promote a proactive safety culture. The role offers impact across regulatory, operational, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilità

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits; support HSE Head on permit maintenance Be the primary contact with environmental regulatory agencies and manage timely reporting Assess and mitigate environmental impacts from site operations; identify opportunities to improve footprint Monitor environmental performance (air, water, waste, GHG)



and oversee data collection Collaborate with engineering to optimize resource use and reduce environmental footprint Lead investigations of environmental incidents and implement corrective actions Promote proactive HSE culture and lead safety training and awareness Ensure occupational health and hygiene compliance; conduct risk assessments and mitigation Implement exposure monitoring programs and educate on industrial hygiene practices Develop corrective actions, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement Coordinate site risk assessment and mitigation across functions; maintain HSE management system Support HSE policy enforcement, governance, and emergency response; manage HSE team development

Requisiti fondamentali

Thorough knowledge of EHS requirements and standards Exposure to change management Experience with data analytics and digital tools Cross-functional experience (production, operations, engineering) is a plus 3-5 years in a relevant field; pharma experience preferred Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience in training contractual manpower Strong stakeholder coordination and interpersonal relations excellent communication skills strong coordination and networking team leadership and training capabilities EHS requirements and standards risk assessments and mitigation environmental monitoring (air, water, waste, emissions)
