Eaton's Mobility Group in Bosconero seeks a Manufacturing Engineer & Prototype Manager to develop and improve manufacturing and prototype processes, with P&L; responsibility for the Prototype Shop. The role focuses on safety, quality and cost control in a dynamic industrial environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Quality and Production to meet delivery targets and customer expectations.
