About the team murphy’s mid‑market team serves banks, telcos, utilities, healthcare providers and other lenders in italy. the team builds reusable workflows, components and tooling to launch ai‑powered debt‑collection agents quickly.about the role as a forward deployed engineer you will take customers from kickoff to a live ai agent in about four weeks, configure and adapt agents, test them, monitor performance and continuously improve templates and tools.key responsibilitiesrun multiple mid‑market implementations in parallel, from kickoff to go‑live on a fixed timeline.configure agents on murphy’s platform using segment templates and adapt them to each customer’s policies, products and tone.set up contact strategies (call windows, retry rules, channel mix such as voice, sms, rcs, whatsapp, payment links) respecting national regulations.import and export customer data using standard integration flows.test agents with simulations, identify failures and fix them before launch.analyze production performance (contact rates, promises, payments, funnel) with sql and dashboards, explain results to customers and turn findings into improvements.identify repetitive work across projects and turn it into reusable templates,
