Airport Project Site Inspector - Full TimeTHE POSITION- Conduct daily inspections of airport construction projects.- Ensure contractor compliance with FAA, FDOT, and airport engineering standards.- Monitor Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP) elements.- Verify grades, elevations, and tolerances.- Review materials, test reports, and as-built documents.- Prepare inspection reports and document deficiencies.- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, Airport Operations, FAA, and FDOT.- Support NOTAM coordination and airfield closures.REQUIREMENTS- High school diploma/GED required; technical coursework preferred.- Five years of construction or engineering inspection experience.- Ability to read plans and interpret specifications.- Strong analytical, computer,
