- 24.000 + meal vouchers We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support the effective implementation of operational and Visual Merchandising standards across our store network in Italy, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with brand guidelines. The role will act as a key coordination point within the Operations team, working closely with Area Managers, Store Managers and international teams to translate global guidelines and concepts into clear, practical and easy-to-implement solutions for stores. The Operations Specialist will combine strong organisational and coordination skills with a hands-on approach, supporting stores in the execution of commercial initiatives, Visual Merchandising activities and operational standards. Translate global Visual Merchandising and operational guidelines into clear and practical execution tools for stores, including execution packs, visual examples, photos and step-by-step instructions. Support the development and implementation of window concepts, in-store displays and layouts, adapting global guidelines to local store requirements where necessary. Prepare local renderings, presentations and visual materials to facilitate accurate in-store execution. Support the definition and management of specifications for furniture, fixtures, displays, signage and store equipment,



ensuring consistency with brand standards and operational requirements. Manage store fixtures and fittings, coordinating requirements, specifications, ordering and implementation to ensure consistency with brand standards and store operational needs. Manage the purchasing of store supplies and operational materials, coordinating requirements, orders and deliveries to ensure stores have the necessary resources for their day-to-day operations. Coordinate the operational set-up of commercial campaigns, promotional activities and IP launches, managing timelines, materials and execution instructions for stores. Ensure stores receive all relevant information, guidelines and materials in a timely, clear and structured manner to support successful implementation. Conduct occasional store visits to verify layouts, Visual Merchandising execution and compliance with store environment and operational standards. Gather feedback from the store network and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational guidelines, tools and processes. Support the Operations team on additional projects and initiatives aimed at improving store execution, consistency and operational efficiency across the network. 1–2 years of experience in Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations or a similar role, ideally within an international retail environment. ~ Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Italian is a plus. ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, or other 3D visualization tools is considered an advantage. ~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both store teams and international stakeholders. ~
