What You Will Do
Environmental Compliance & Monitoring
- Monitor compliance with environmental policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections across shipboard areas and verify proper waste management practices.
- Review environmental records, sampling activities and operational documentation.
Guidance, Training & Continuous Improvement
- Provide guidance and training to onboard teams on environmental procedures and best practices.
- Promote environmental awareness,
sustainability initiatives and ISO 14001 standards.
- Support audits, inspections and corrective action processes following environmental findings or incidents.
Reporting & Support
- Prepare environmental compliance reports and maintain accurate records.
- Support environmental incident reporting and ship visits conducted by Fleet Environmental Officers.
- Contribute to emergency preparedness and a strong onboard safety culture.
