This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading contractor working on a flagship hyperscale development while benefiting from long-term career progression and exposure to some of Europe's most prestigious mission-critical projects.The RoleAs Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the commercial team, supporting the successful delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project. You will be responsible for the commercial management of MEP and/or CSA packages from procurement through to final account, ensuring strong cost control, contractual compliance, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with Project Directors, Commercial Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives, providing commercial support and helping drive project profitability.Key Responsibilities- Manage MEP and/or CSA subcontract packages from procurement through to final account- Prepare tender packages, analyse subcontractor returns,



and support procurement strategies- Negotiate subcontract agreements and attend pre-award meetings- Manage subcontractor payments, valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts- Produce accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts, and commercial updates- Support project budgeting and cost control activities- Prepare and submit client valuations and applications for payment- Monitor commercial risks and opportunities throughout project delivery- Manage change control processes and maintain contractual entitlement- Attend commercial, project, client, and subcontractor meetings- Resolve commercial issues and support dispute resolution when required- Measure works from drawings and prepare package pricing assessments- Ensure claims and notices are submitted in accordance with contract requirementsRequirements- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline- 7+ years' experience within a Quantity Surveying position- Previous experience working for a Main Contractor or General Contractor- Strong commercial management experience xrtlpzc across large-scale construction projects- Experience managing subcontract procurement, cost reporting, and contract administration- Strong understanding of variations, claims, and change management- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail- Data Centre, Mission Critical, Industrial, or pharmaceutical project experience would be advantageous- MEP or CSA package experience is highly desirableWhat's onOffer- Opportunity to work on a major hyperscale data centre development- Join one of Europe's leading mission-critical contractors- Long-term project pipeline and career progression opportunities- Collaborative and high-performing project environment- Exposure to large-scale international projects- Competitive salary and benefits packageFor more information please contact:
