We’ve just welcomed a new company into the Hlpy Group, and we’re looking for a Financial Accountant to own its accounting and financial processes. You’ll be the person who brings a new business into the Group, process by process. Run day-to-day accounting: invoicing and collections, accounts payable and payments, general ledger,



monthly closings and reconciliations Lead the harmonization of processes and tools with the rest of the hlpy Group Degree in Economics, Business or a related field At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role Solid knowledge of Italian accounting and VAT Fluent Italian and good written and spoken English (other European languages are a plus) Background in an audit, consulting or professional firm, or a role covering both accounting and tax Equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team Advanced Excel and ERP skills (Oracle NetSuite is a strong plus) Gross annual salary of €35,000–€40,000 Hybrid working: 3 days a week in our Milan office Dedicated training budget Fresh fruit, good snacks and great colleagues to share them Because we believe the best ideas can come from anyone.
