Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web, including onboarding, new features, and interactive UI. Own your work end-to-end: from idea → prototype → final design. Work closely with the product manager and engineers to bring ideas to life. Use data and feedback to improve fast. Help shape and evolve our design system. Minimum 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments. A portfolio that shows impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft — with a track record of creating sleek, beautiful, and intuitive apps. Excellent communication skills in English. Premio Points Experience with AI, conversational UI, or emotionally engaging products. Experience with UX research: planning, conducting, and integrating insights into design decisions.
