Primarily engaged in a Pre-Sales consultancy role, the consultant will provide assistance and guidance during the Pre-Sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams, account managers and marketing on proposal activities. Analyze requirements and design solutions to complex customer requirements and its pain points. Ensure clear understanding of customer’s technology requirements; provide support for Proposal and Project teams, provide technical leadership and vision to win and deliver large-scale, complex solutions. Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to internal stakeholders. Create internal design configuration documentation (e.g., Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products. Perform technical configuration for bespoke solutions as part of customized demos or POCs. Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to Centric. Sell Centric solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm. Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, offer reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s. To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and functional/technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using Centric’s solutions. Preparing the SOW prior to contract signature. To assume responsibility for handover from Pre-Sales to professional services to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery. Ability to demonstrate Centric Solutions and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
