Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81⁄08 and environmental regulations—waste, emissions, water, etc.) Manage environmental permits, compliance requirements, and documentation Develop, implement, and update the HSE management system (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Monitor environmental impacts and HSE KPIs, preparing periodic reports for management Promote initiatives for continuous improvement, sustainability, and reduction of environmental impacts Coordinate and deliver HSE training for staff Supervise suppliers, contractors, and external activities from an HSE perspective Collaborate with competent authorities and manage any inspections Your Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma Min 5 years of experience in HSE roles Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments RSPP certification Knowledge of HSE regulations (Italy / EU)
