About Your Future Role In this position, you will:

- act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the activation and technical support processes of fiscal cash register solutions, including integration—where applicable—with fiscal cash registers, supporting accredited technician networks. Ensure continuous updates within Operations areas regarding industry fiscal developments and regulations.
- oversee network delivery activities with a strong focus on fiscal compliance, ensuring high service quality standards and managing, in a structured way, the collection, analysis, and resolution
