D-Orbit is looking for a Digital Services Operation Specialist to join our Space Cloud Business Unit based in Fino Mornasco. You will become part of a dynamic growing group responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Space Cloud services, acting as the primary operational interface between customers, internal engineering teams, and business stakeholders. The role owns the successful execution of customer missions from contract signature through service completion, ensuring delivery on time, quality, and within budget. You will also work with the team to support and manage the software integration of algorithms and applications within our fleet of Intelligent Network Nodes (INN’s), development of operational procedures and features,



contribute to the development of new tools/applications as well as defining new processes to support Space Cloud infrastructure for all current and future INN’s.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Responsible for customer journey, starting from contract signature until completion of the contract.
- Support integration and verification activities between customer applications and Space Cloud infrastructure.
- Lead onboarding and technical discussions with customers to identify needs and perform requirements breakdown, operational objectives and delivery milestones.
