Overview

As a Mid-Market Account Executive for Uber for Business, you build and scale a local community of business users from the ground up. You operate in a fast-paced, hunter role, owning 0-to-100 pipeline management and closing new corporate accounts in Italy. You craft compelling narratives to win adoption of mobility and delivery solutions and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless launches. This role offers significant impact in shaping Uber’s business movement within a high-growth market.

Responsabilità

- Plan and execute a semi-annual GTM strategy to meet or exceed mid-market sales quotas
- Identify pain points in target accounts and develop narratives to drive lead generation and product adoption in Italy
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including qualification, education, pricing, negotiation,



and launch implementation
- Prioritize high-value leads and quickly locate decision-makers to sustain sales velocity
- Maintain a mature pipeline and forecast with a rigorous sales cadence for leadership visibility
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth account launches

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably tech solutions or platform sales
- Native Italian language proficiency and business-level English
- Demonstrated experience in 0-to-100 pipeline management and direct sales acquisitions
- Proven track record of value-based selling and crafting narratives for new or
