Overview As a People Partner for Gucci, you will align people strategies with business needs and brand values within a luxury house. * Act as a reliable People partner for heads of functions and teams on people and employee-related matters
* Support end-to-end execution of HR processes, including salary reviews, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development actions
* Maintain a positive employee relations climate, escalating complex matters with legal and IR stakeholders when needed
* Assist leaders in managing feedback, performance conversations, and people development in a consistent and fair way
* Identify skill gaps and capability needs within the assigned population
* Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes,



and tools per corporate standards and local regulations
* Utilize HR data and indicators to support analysis, reporting, and informed decision-making
* Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes for efficiency and strong employee experience Requisiti fondamentali
* Master’s degree in law/economics/political science/psychology
* Experience as HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Specialist, with stakeholder exposure preferred
* Experience in HR roles within complex organizations, ideally leather goods, luxury or fashion
* Strong business understanding and credibility with leaders and teams
* Solid knowledge of HR processes, policies, labor law basics, and employee relations principles
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
* Ability to work in dynamic environments, managing priorities with flexibility and accuracy
* Hands-on, pragmatic, collaborative, and people-oriented mindset
