* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in finance operations, accounting, or tech-driven process optimization
* Solid experience with Python and scripting for data manipulation, automation, or API integrations
* Good understanding of accounting principles, ERP systems, and financial process workflows
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
